The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and us, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Canada. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same
2. Return, Refund and Buy Back policy:
Vedic Beads is an incorporated business in Canada where we bring under one platform pioneers in the field of Rudraksha & Stones who have been in operation for over 2 generations. We value customers and the relationships we build with them. Our sole purpose of existence is to be able to provide the world with energized and authentic Stones & Rudraksha. We insure that the products provided to us is authentic and fully natural. However, to ensure peace of mind for our valued customers, we have refund and buy-back policies stated below:
- Vedic Beads will refund returns of items that are returned within 30 days of purchase only if the item is not energized, damaged, manipulated or changed in any manner visible to the human eye. Premium Energization (Prana Pratistha) orders are not returnable as the beads are energized per individual's or family's Gotra. Refunds are contingent upon careful examination and the processing of a refund can take up to 3 months. Vedic Beads “buy back Guarantee” is only applicable if, in an unlikely situation, the item sold by Vedic Beads is proven to be unauthentic through a verified lab (the customer will be liable for the cost of verification). If the item meets all stated requirements for “buy back” stated earlier, Vedic Bead will buy the item sold at either the market price of the item or the selling price of the item, whichever is lesser. “Buyback Guarantee” is applicable only up to 3 months of purchase, after which Vedic Beads will not provide any sort of buyback option.
- Vedic Beads is committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, in an unlikely situation, customers might be eligible for returns or refunds. Vedic Beads assumes that you accept our Return and Refund Policy when visiting our website or making a purchase with Vedic Beads through any means.
Conditions to be met for Refunds:
If in an unlikely scenario, the items sold by Vedic Beads are proven to be unauthentic by a verified and accredited 3rd Party Lab, Vedic Beads will provide a 100% refund. However, customers shall be liable for lab inspection fees.
In the unlikely scenario of the item being lost during delivery, Vedic Beads shall provide a 100% refund. Except for when the packages are damaged due to natural disasters or unpredictable circumstances.
If there is a more than 40 days delay in order processing, Vedic Beads shall provide a 100% refund to the customer. Except for when customers are made aware of the delay or when Nepa Rudraksha is not made aware of the purchase.
Refunds shall also be granted if the customer and Vedic Beads reach a mutual understanding.
Refund requests shall be reviewed and potentially accepted only up to 60 days from the order date.
For Returns:
- All Sales made by Vedic Beads through our website, and are final Please thoroughly review your order for mistakes before confirming your order.
- All Returns are subject to a 20% service fee and the customer will be liable for this fee. Returns are also subject to payment processing fees charged by 3rd Party Payment provider through which payment was made. The exception to this is made for orders which are returned due to complete damage during shipment.
- Returns are accepted only when the goods sold by Vedic Beads are damaged during shipping or the shipment has an error. Customers shall notify Vedic Beads immediately about the error or damage no later than 24 hrs after the Package is delivered.
- Return requests are reviewed up to 30 days after the item has been sold. After this, Vedic Beads has no legal obligation to fulfil a return.
- Exceptions to the Return Policy can be made based on mutual agreement between vedic beads and the client.
